Stadiums get new names, rules shift and productions end their runs. If a Reserved Seat guide contains an error or has fallen out of date, it gets fixed.
Reporting a mistake
Email [email protected] and include the page URL, the statement that appears to be incorrect and, when available, a link to a source showing the right information. Official material, such as a venue's own policy page or a team's announcement, can be confirmed most quickly.
What happens next
- The statement in question is compared with the source it was based on and with the latest official information.
- When the guide is in error, the text is fixed and the page's research record is updated to cite the new source.
- When the fact cannot be settled either way, it is taken out, or the guide notes that it could not be confirmed.
- Any change to the content moves the page's updated date, so readers can tell the guide has been revised.
Order questions go elsewhere
Matters related to an order, such as delivery, refunds or a canceled event, should go to the customer service team named in the order confirmation. The help center lays out who handles each type of question.
