The Bridgestone seat answer
At a Predators game, the top seats sit at the red line in the lower level: sections 105 and 106 on one side, 115 and 116 on the other. The value play is the same angle from the upper level, sections 309–310 or 325–326. All section numbers on this page come from the arena's hockey and concert seating maps.
Hockey favors a little height. Plays build across all three zones, and a seat that looks down over the glass shows you the whole sheet at once.
Counterclockwise loops and the missing club end
Bridgestone Arena has three seating rings:
- 100 level: 101–120, a complete loop around the ice.
- 200 level: 201–224, the club ring. It covers both sides and one end only.
- 300 level: 301–333, another complete loop.
Sections 101, 201 and 301 all sit at the center of the same end, and the numbers climb counterclockwise as the arena draws its map. The club ring stops short of the far end (the 109–112 end, where concert stages go), so at that end the upper sections hang directly above the lower bowl with nothing in between.
Map of sides, corners and ends
Lower level
- Side A: 104–107, red line at 105/106.
- Side B: 114–117, red line at 115/116.
- Stage end: 109–112, centered where 110 meets 111.
- Far end: 119, 120, 101 and 102, centered where 120 meets 101.
- Corners: one section each, 103, 108, 113 and 118.
Club ring
- Sides: 207–212 over Side A and 213–218 over Side B, with 209/210 and 215/216 closest to center.
- End and corners: 219–224 and 201–206 wrap the far end, meeting at 224/201 in the middle.
Upper level
- Sides: 308–312 and 323–328, centered on 309/310 and 325/326.
- Stage end: 313–322, directly above the lower bowl.
- Far end: 329–333 running into 301–307, with 301 at center.
Hockey: what each zone gives you
- Lower sides, middle rows (104–107 and 114–117): the premium seat. You hear the sticks and still see over the boards.
- Glass rows: the front rows behind the clear boards. Great for hits and warmups, but the curved glass bends your view and the far zone is hard to follow.
- Lower corners: a close look at the attack in your end, usually below center-ice demand.
- Lower ends: an excellent view of one net for two periods and a long look for the rest.
- Upper center (308–312 and 323–328): the seats for fans who like to watch systems and line changes. The upper ring is shallow, so the ice stays close, and demand runs well below the lower bowl.
- Upper ends: the farthest hockey seats, best saved for nights when budget comes first.
The Predators shoot twice at one end, which lifts demand for that end. Published sources disagree on which end it is, so confirm with the team's current guidance or the seller before paying extra for it.
Stage at the 109–112 end
For an end-stage concert, the arena's map sets the stage in front of sections 109–112 and turns the ice into floor seating or standing room. That changes the value of almost every section:
- Skip unless the listing says otherwise: lower 109–112 and upper sections around 316–319, which face the back of the stage and are usually closed or limited view.
- Close but angled: 107, 108, 113 and 114 below, plus 312–314 and 321–323 above. You are near the stage, but expect to lose part of the set and the far screen.
- Straight on and raised: 119, 120, 101 and 102, at the far end. Farther than the floor, but raised above the floor, which many fans prefer.
- Straight on from height: the club sections at the far end (219–224, 201–206) and the 300s around 301.
The floor is flat, so beyond the first several rows you watch over heads and lean on the screens. A low row in a lower side section near the stage often beats a mid-floor seat. Center-stage and in-the-round shows use a different map, so check the chart attached to your listing.
Court layouts and floor shows
Basketball, including the SEC men's tournament in years when Nashville hosts it, uses the rink's footprint, and capacity rises to about 18,500. The red-line sections become center court: 105, 106, 115 and 116 downstairs and 309, 310, 325 and 326 upstairs.
- Lower sides: the best basketball view, with the court laid out left to right.
- Lower baselines: close to one basket, with the far end compressed.
- Upper baselines: the weakest basketball seats, looking down the length of the court.
Bull riding, family shows and other floor events vary from one production to the next, so open the event map before choosing.
Club ring perks and premium boxes
The 200 ring is the club level, with its own concourse. Per the arena's A-to-Z guide, the Lexus Lounge is near section 103 with a dedicated elevator, and the Mother's Lounge, with rocking chairs and changing tables, is on the club level near section 213.
Leased premium options include the 501 Club, an 80-member club-level space with all-inclusive food, drink and parking, and the Flight Deck, with private bar-style tables and in-seat service. Opera Boxes, Loge Boxes and suites complete the list.
Club sideline seats near 209, 210, 215 and 216 give one of the strongest hockey angles in the arena, and demand reflects that. The front rows of the upper sides offer a similar height for less. Reserved Seat orders carry no digital transfer fees.
ADA platforms for hockey vs. concerts
The arena publishes two ADA seating maps, one for hockey and one for concerts.
- Hockey map: wheelchair spots at 119, 120, 101 and 102; at the back of red-line sections 106 and 115; along the 108–113 end; at club sections 201 and 223; and upstairs at 302, 304, 308, 314, 320–322, 324, 327, 331 and 333.
- Concert map: the stage-end platforms and those in 314 and 320–322 are removed, and floor wheelchair positions are added in front of the stage.
- Elevators: near sections 110, 215, 315 and 117/218, per the A-to-Z guide.
- Loaner equipment and interpreters: wheelchairs and assisted listening devices are at Guest Services near section 103 with a photo ID, and sign interpreters can be requested two weeks ahead.
Locations can change, so confirm on the arena's seating charts page before buying.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no club level at one end of Bridgestone Arena?
The 200-level club ring wraps both sides and only one end. At the 109 to 112 end, where concert stages go, upper sections 313 to 322 sit directly above the lower bowl.
Which Bridgestone Arena sections are at the red line?
Lower sections 105 and 106 on one side and 115 and 116 on the other, plus upper sections 309 and 310 and 325 and 326, per the arena's map.
Which way do section numbers run at Bridgestone Arena?
Counterclockwise as drawn on the arena's map. The lower, club and upper loops all begin at the center of the same end with 101, 201 and 301.
What are the worst seats for a concert at Bridgestone Arena?
Sections behind an end stage, lower 109 to 112 and upper sections around 316 to 319, are usually closed or limited view. Side-stage sections such as 108 and 113 are close but miss part of the set.
Do upper-level seats at Bridgestone Arena work for hockey?
Yes, at center ice. Sections 308 to 312 and 323 to 328 show the full rink and how plays develop, and the shallow upper ring keeps the ice close.
Does wheelchair seating at Bridgestone Arena change for concerts?
Yes. The concert ADA map drops the stage-end platforms and those in sections 314 and 320 to 322, and adds floor wheelchair positions in front of the stage.
