Parking, bag policy, transit and history are on the main Xfinity Mobile Arena guide.
Reading the Xfinity Mobile Arena chart in one minute
The short answer: for a Flyers or 76ers game, the best seats are in the center sideline sections, 101 on the Broad Street side and 113 on the 11th Street side, along with the club boxes stacked behind them (C1 and C13). For value, the front rows of 201 and 213 give the same center view from higher up. Two guides, RateYourSeats and TickPick, agree that the 200 level runs about 15 rows deep, so row 1 to row 5 upstairs is a different seat from row 14.
Searching for a Wells Fargo Center seating chart leads to the same room. The building took the Xfinity Mobile Arena name in August 2025, and the section numbers, rows and seats did not change, so an older Wells Fargo Center map, seat view or ticket stub still lines up with today's chart.
- Closest: courtside floor rows for basketball, the glass rows for hockey.
- Best balance: 101–103 and 111–115, from the low teens up.
- Elevated and close: the center club boxes, C1, C2, C24 and C12–C14.
- Best value: the front rows of 201–203 and 211–215.
Section order, street sides and the A sections
The arena publishes its own Flyers and 76ers seating maps, and both mark the four streets around the building. Those labels are the easiest way to orient yourself:
- Broad Street side: section 101 at center, with 102 and 103 to one side and 124 and 123 to the other.
- I-95 end: sections 106–108, with 107 straight behind the net or basket.
- 11th Street side: sections 111–115, with 113 at center beneath the press box.
- Pattison Avenue end: sections 118–120, with 119 at the center of the end.
Seen from above, the numbers climb counterclockwise from 101. The corners fill the gaps: 104–105 and 109–110 flank the I-95 end, 116–117 and 121–122 flank the Pattison end.
The 200 level
The upper ring repeats the same order, so 201 sits above 101, 207 above 107, 213 above 113 and 219 above 119. Ten sections carry an A suffix: 204A, 205A, 207A, 209A, 210A, 216A, 217A, 219A, 221A and 222A. These are not tucked-away add-ons; on the arena's map each is a full wedge in the ring, placed after the section of the same number. Section 207A, for example, sits between 207 and 208 at the I-95 end. When a ticket says 219A, expect an end view, not a sideline one.
The club ring and suites
Between the two bowls, the arena's map draws a ring of club sections labeled C1–C4 on the Broad Street side, C10–C17 on the 11th Street side and around the Pattison corner, and C22–C24 back toward Broad Street. C1 and C13 line up with center court. Above the club ring, a ring of numbered suites (1 through 82) and lettered boxes on the I-95 end circle the building.
Rows, seat numbers and where seat 1 sits
Seat numbering is where the old Wells Fargo Center chart confuses first-time buyers. Two guides agree on the rule: when you face the floor, the lowest seat number is on your left, at the aisle next to the lower-numbered section. TickPick gives an example: seat 1 in section 102 is beside 101, and the highest seat in the row is beside 103. So if you want the aisle on the center-court side of section 103, ask for low seat numbers; in section 123, ask for high ones.
Rows count up from the floor, but row 1 is not always the front row:
- Lower sideline sections: double-lettered rows sit in front of row 1. RateYourSeats lists section 101 as AA and BB, then rows 1–19; TickPick describes center sections as AA, BB and CC before row 1, with about 23 rows in all. The two guides differ on the exact count, so read the row as an approximate distance, not a promise.
- Lower end sections: the deepest in the building. Both guides put the end sections (106–108, 118–120) at rows 1–26, and TickPick notes that basketball adds folding-chair riser rows on the floor in front of them.
- Club ring: short sections of a few rows each, so every club seat stays close to the rail.
- 200 level: rows 1–15 in the center sections, per both guides.
A practical rule from that depth: row 3 of section 202 is closer to the action than row 14 of section 201, even though 201 is the center section.
The view from each level
Floor and courtside
For basketball, floor rows ring the court, and the arena's map labels the baseline boxes Centennial North and Centennial South. You see players at eye level, but the far end of the court flattens out.
Lower bowl (100s)
From rows in the low teens along the sidelines, the view is the one broadcasters use: high enough to see spacing, close enough to read faces. In the end sections the angle looks straight down the court or rink. That is ideal for watching one net, and much less so for judging plays at the far end.
Club ring
The club sections are the highest-value view for many regulars. They sit just above the lower bowl, so even the back row looks down at the play rather than across it, and the short sections keep you near the rail.
Upper bowl (200s)
The front rows of 201–203 and 211–215 show the whole floor with the center-hung scoreboard in easy view. Higher rows and the corner A sections add distance fast. A ticket in 216A or 205A is an angled corner view, and the top rows of the corners are the farthest seats from any event in the building.
Flyers and 76ers: benches, ends and the best sections
Flyers hockey
The arena's Flyers map places both benches on the Broad Street side in front of 124, 101 and 102, with the home bench on the 124 side and the visitors toward 102, and the penalty boxes across the ice at 113. The same map marks where the Flyers shoot twice: the I-95 end, in front of sections 106–108. The Zamboni tunnel cuts through the corner near 122 and 123.
- Center ice: 101 and 113 and the club boxes C1 and C13, between the blue lines.
- Shoot-twice end: corners 104–105 and 109–110, rows 10 and up, for a diagonal view of two periods of Flyers offense.
- Glass rows: thrilling for hits and warmups, but the low angle through the glass makes the far zone hard to follow.
76ers basketball
On the arena's 76ers map the court runs between the I-95 and Pattison ends, and both benches sit on the Broad Street side, home toward 102 and visitors toward 124. TickPick agrees on those bench locations.
- Best overall: 101–103 and 111–115, about row 8 and up, high enough to see over the courtside rows and the benches.
- Club pick: C1, C2, C24 and C12–C14, the center club boxes on each sideline.
- Think twice: the low rows behind the baskets in 106–108 and 118–120, where the stanchion and backboard sit in your line of sight to the far end.
Concert layouts: end stage and in the round
For most end-stage concerts, RateYourSeats describes section 107 as a head-on view of the stage, which puts the stage at the Pattison Avenue end in front of 118–120. Stage position and floor layout change with every tour, so trust the map attached to your event over any general rule.
- Floor: numbered floor sections fill the arena floor. TickPick's guide favors the front center floor blocks and warns that flat floor rows farther back lose sightlines behind standing fans.
- Elevated and close: the sideline and corner sections nearest the stage, such as 115–117 and 121–123, and the club boxes on each side.
- Head-on: 106–108 and the club and 200-level sections above them face the full production and the screens head-on, at the cost of distance.
- Avoid: any section behind or tight beside the stage, such as 118–120 for an end-stage show, unless the ticket says the seat is for a center-stage or 360-degree setup.
For in-the-round shows, the stage moves to the middle of the floor, every section faces it, and the center sideline sections that suit sports, 101 and 113, become the best raised seats again.
Club spaces and wheelchair seating
The arena's premium spaces sit in fixed spots on its map: the Primepoint Social club wraps the Pattison Avenue end at the club ring, behind sections 118–120; Liberty Lofts sits on the I-95 corner of the upper ring by 207A–209; and Revolutionary Row and the Assembly Room are on the Broad Street side behind 224, 201 and 202. Names and products change from season to season.
Accessible seating, as the arena states, is on every level, including the lower level, mezzanine, club level and suites, and each wheelchair location comes with up to three companion seats, subject to availability. The arena does not publish a section list, but its maps mark wheelchair positions around the club ring, at lower-bowl entries by the corners, and at the top of many 200-level sections. Public elevators are in the VIP Lobby on the Broad Street side and on the 11th Street side near sections 109 and 110. Accessible seats are limited and can sell out, so request them early through the arena's accessibility page.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Xfinity Mobile Arena seating chart the same as the Wells Fargo Center seating chart?
Yes. The Wells Fargo Center became Xfinity Mobile Arena in August 2025, and the sections, rows and seat numbers did not change, so an older Wells Fargo Center chart still matches.
How are seats numbered at Xfinity Mobile Arena?
Facing the floor, seat 1 is on your left, beside the lower-numbered neighboring section, and numbers climb to the right. Two seating guides agree on this rule.
How many rows are in the Xfinity Mobile Arena 200 level?
About 15 in the center sections, per RateYourSeats and TickPick. The front five rows are the value seats; the top rows of the corner A sections are the farthest in the building.
What is the view like from the upper level at Xfinity Mobile Arena?
From the front rows of 201–203 and 211–215 you see the whole floor and the scoreboard clearly. Corners and high rows feel distant, especially for concerts.
Which end do the Flyers shoot twice at Xfinity Mobile Arena?
The arena's Flyers map marks the I-95 end, in front of sections 106–108. Corner sections 104–105 and 109–110 give a diagonal view of that net.
Where are wheelchair seats at Xfinity Mobile Arena?
On every level, including the club level and suites, per the arena. Its maps mark spots around the club ring and atop many 200-level sections; elevators are near sections 109 and 110.
