The Mercedes-Benz Stadium pick, up front
For football, buy a 200-level sideline seat just outside the Harrah's Club blocks, roughly 207–214 or 233–240. The 200 level is a short ring squeezed between suite levels, so its seats sit closer to the field than a second tier usually does, and from there you see all 22 players without relying on the video board. For premium, the stadium's clubs and suites map shows two field-level clubs, 110C and 128C, opposite each other at the 50.
Two seating guides agree on the public ranges: 101–136 in the lower bowl, 201–247 in the middle ring and 301–350 in the upper deck. Each tier's numbers wrap the full bowl, so a level's first and last sections meet behind one end of the field; in the lower bowl, guides place 101 and 136 side by side behind one goal.
- First digit: tier (1 lower, 2 middle, 3 upper).
- A C suffix or prefix: club seating with lounge access (110C may print as C110).
- An L suffix: loge boxes, small premium pods at 106L, 114L, 124L and 132L.
Lower bowl: clubs, terraces and the rows that work
The 100 level is the deepest tier. The stadium publishes two sideline club blocks:
- Mercedes-Benz Club: 108C, 109C, 111C and 112C, around the AMG Lounge at 110C.
- Delta Sky360 Club: 126C, 127C, 129C and 130C, around the Truist Club at 128C.
- Field-level terraces: the Maybach Terraces (TRM) and Delta Sky360 Terraces (TRD).
Which sideline is the Falcons'?
Guides split: one places the home bench on the AMG Lounge (110) side, another on the 127–129 side. If the home bench matters, check the team's chart for your game.
Row choice
The first handful of rows feel almost on the field, but players, staff and equipment along the sideline hide the far half of the play. Middle and upper rows of a sideline section read formations better and still feel close. Behind the end zones, low rows are thrilling near your goal line and frustrating everywhere else.
Section 134
Section 134, in one end zone, is the Dirty Birds Nest: Falcons diehards who stand all game. Choose it for noise, never for a seat.
Why the 200 level is the best buy
Two premium blocks anchor the middle ring, according to the stadium:
- Harrah's Club: two mirror-image blocks between about the 30s, 210C–212C and 236C–238C.
- AT&T Lofts: 221–225, halfway between the two Harrah's blocks, which places them at one end.
That gives you the whole ring at a glance. Around 210–212 and 236–238 is midfield. One end zone takes in the low and mid 220s. The opposite end runs from the mid-240s through the seam at 247/201 into the low 200s.
For football, aim for the regular sideline sections flanking each Harrah's block: high enough for the full field, low enough to track the ball without the screen. The ring's shallow rake also helps the end zones; even back rows stay fairly close, which makes 200-level ends a smart soccer purchase, because seeing team shape beats being level with the center line.
Upper deck: getting the most from a 300 seat
The upper deck holds the most seats and usually the lowest demand in the building. Row 1 is already stacked on top of the lower bowl, the middle ring and two levels of suites, so nothing up here is low. In exchange you get a clear sightline to every yard and you sit near the Halo board, the circular screen suspended under the roof.
- Move back a few rows. In many upper sections a safety rail runs across the front, and one guide warns it clips the view from the lowest rows.
- Consider the end zones. Upper end-zone sections hang out over the 200 level, so their first rows are nearer the field than any upper sideline row.
- Know about the lounge. The stadium places the Sports Illustrated Lounge in part of the upper end zone, with cushioned seats and its own amenities.
On a budget, a 300-level sideline between the 30s teaches you more about the game than a low 100-level end zone seat. Aisle seats are worth a little extra up here, where sections are wide and steep.
Soccer matches and stadium concerts
Atlanta United
The club plays many matches in a reduced configuration and opens the full bowl for bigger crowds, so some upper sections may not go on sale. The stadium's A to Z guide limits standing for the whole match to the 100 level on United match days. Supporters' groups fill the lower bowl behind one goal, around the 136/101 seam. If you want to sit for 90 minutes, aim for the 200 level, the opposite end or the 300 level.
Football events
Falcons games, the SEC Championship and bowl games use the standard chart, with midfield at 110C and 128C below and at the Harrah's blocks in the middle ring.
End-stage concerts
The field turns into floor seating, usually shown as lettered floor sections, sometimes with a pit or standing area. Sections right behind the stage are typically closed or sold as limited view. Lower and middle-ring sideline sections on the stage half give the best balance of distance and angle; the far-end upper deck, a full field length from the stage, is the weakest value. Every Reserved Seat order is backed by a 100% guarantee.
Seats to rethink
- Front rows of the 300 level, where the railing intrudes.
- Low rows behind the end zones at a football game.
- Section 134 if you want to sit.
- Lower-bowl seats behind one goal at Atlanta United, unless you plan to stand with the supporters.
- Anything behind or beside the stage at a concert.
With the roof closed, sun rarely matters. When the roof opens, the seats beneath the upper overhangs hold their shade the longest.
Accessible seating, elevators and services
The stadium says wheelchair and companion seating is offered on every level, with enhanced sightlines. You buy them on Ticketmaster by switching on its accessible-tickets filter; each wheelchair space comes with a single companion seat right next to it. If you need to move, Guest Services Centers can relocate a pair (one accessible ticket plus one companion) while space lasts.
- Elevators: one in each of the four corners (by Gates 1 and 2, by Gate 4 and by the North Suite entrance). A guest with a disability rides first, along with one companion.
- Accessible entries: North Club, North Suite, the Silver Deck Bridge, and Gates 1 and 2.
- Assistive listening: pick up a device at either Guest Services Center, by section 116 or by 244.
- Escorts and sensory kits: Mobility Ambassadors walk guests to their seats, and KultureCity sensory kits are available.
No alcohol-free section is listed on the stadium's accessibility page; ask Guest Services when you arrive. See the stadium's accessibility page for current details.
Frequently asked questions
Is the 200 level at Mercedes-Benz Stadium a good place to sit?
Yes. It is a shallow ring between suite levels, so it sits close to the field for a second tier. The sidelines beside the Harrah's Club, roughly 207–214 and 233–240, are the football sweet spot.
What do the C and L mean in Mercedes-Benz Stadium section numbers?
C marks club seating with lounge access, such as 110C, sometimes printed as C110. L marks the loge boxes at 106L, 114L, 124L and 132L.
Should you sit in the front row of the 300 level at Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
Usually not. One seating guide says the railing at the front of many 300-level sections cuts into the view from the first few rows, so a seat a few rows back is better.
Where can you stand at an Atlanta United match?
Per the stadium, continuous standing is allowed only in the 100 level at United matches. The supporters' groups gather behind one goal in the lower bowl.
Where is midfield at Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
On the lower level, at the AMG Lounge (110C) and the Truist Club (128C) on opposite sidelines. On the 200 level, at the Harrah's Club blocks, 210C–212C and 236C–238C.
How do you buy wheelchair seats at Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
Use Ticketmaster's accessible-tickets filter. Wheelchair and companion seating is on every level, with one companion seat directly beside each wheelchair space.
