The catwalk effect on your seat
For an Olivia Rodrigo arena show, start your search in the 100 level (the lowest ring of seats, just above the floor) along the two long sides, close to the stage. Floor

Upper level
The value tier. Go for the middle of the upper ring, straight across from the stage, where the big screen does the heavy lifting. Upper corners next to the stage are steep and look at everything sideways.
Anything behind the stage, or pressed up beside it, should be listed as limited view; if it is not, ask. With the stage at one end, those seats mostly look at scaffolding.
Staging and openers
The Guts tour production is the best documented guide to her arena show: a full-width screen as the backdrop, side catwalks, and a crescent-moon lift that carried her up and over the floor. Netflix released a filmed version of the tour on October 29, 2024, which is a handy preview of what each section sees.
Openers have been worth arriving for. Chappell Roan was among the support acts on the Guts run, along with St. Vincent, The Breeders, PinkPantheress and Remi Wolf. The Unraveled Tour lists a rotating slate by city: The Last Dinner Party, Wolf Alice, Die Spitz, Grace Ives and Devon Again.
Disney roots and three albums
Before the music took over, the Murrieta, California, native was a Disney actor, first on the Disney Channel sitcom Bizaardvark and then on the Disney+ series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Everything changed on January 8, 2021, when "drivers license," co-written with producer Dan Nigro, arrived and opened at No. 1 on the Hot 100.
The debut album Sour followed that May and swept her into the 2022 Grammys with three wins: Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album. Guts, released in September 2023, gave her the songs for an arena tour. Her third album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, came out June 12, 2026, and is the basis of The Unraveled Tour.
Theaters, then arenas, then festival headliner

2022, theaters. The Sour Tour went on sale December 10, 2021, sold out right away, and played 49 nights between April and July 2022 in North America and Europe, in rooms such as New York's Radio City Music Hall and the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
2024 to 2025, arenas. The Guts World Tour opened February 23, 2024, ran until July 1, 2025, and covered 102 dates across five continents, drawing roughly 1.6 million fans according to Billboard Boxscore numbers reported on Wikipedia.
Summer 2025, festival headliner. She topped the bills at Governors Ball, BST Hyde Park, Glastonbury and Lollapalooza Chicago between June and August.
2026 to 2027, arenas again. The Unraveled Tour, announced on the last day of April 2026, opens September 25, 2026, and runs into May 2027 through North America and Europe, including Chicago's United Center and London's O2. Current on-sale dates appear in the event list on this page.

- Card presale first: the Unraveled Tour opened to American Express members on May 5, 2026, and to everyone else on May 7.
- Silver Star tickets are scarce: this low-cost program held back only a handful of ticket pairs at each Guts and Unraveled date, far too few to move the wider market.
- The calendar matters: Friday and Saturday shows, opening nights in a city and the biggest markets attract the most buyers; a midweek date or a city's second show usually has more to choose from.
- Late softening: in the final days, upper-level resale often eases, while the floor and the front of the 100 level rarely do.
