Ring stage? Sit on the long side of the lower bowl

Drake's recent arena stages loop around the floor with walkways and two end stages, so the seat that works is the one that can see all of it.

Upcoming Drake dates

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Where to sit at a Drake show, in brief

Drake's recent tours have used stages that wrap around the arena floor, with walkways along both long sides and a bigger stage at each end. On that kind of layout, the best seat is in the lower bowl on one of the long sides, near the middle. You look down onto the walkways and can turn to either end stage without losing him. The floor gets you closest at moments, but it is flat and on its feet all night.

On a conventional end-stage setup the advice changes: the lower bowl facing the stage wins, and seats behind the stage become the ones to avoid. Check the map for your date to see which layout you are buying.

Floor, long side, end and upper level

  • Floor: on a ring or runway layout, walkways cut through the crowd, so a floor ticket can bring you within a few feet of him at some point. The trade-off is a flat, packed, standing floor where shorter fans toward the back depend on screens.
  • Long-side lower bowl: the strongest all-around choice for a ring stage. Height gives you the walkways and both ends in one look.
  • End lower bowl: great while the nearer end stage is in use, distant when the action moves to the far end. On an end-stage tour, the seats in this zone behind the stage are a pass unless the listing promises an open view.
  • Upper level, center: the value buy. Arenas are compact, and from above a ring-shaped stage actually reads better than it does from the floor.

Shows start late and finish late. If you need to leave before the last song to make a train, an aisle seat in the lower bowl saves time.

A long night of hits and surprise guests

A Drake concert is built for a long stay. On the 2025 European run with PartyNextDoor, shows lasted around two hours and packed in 41 to 45 songs. Drake typically walked on between about 9:15 and 9:30 p.m., PartyNextDoor had his own stretch in the middle and the night ended between 11:00 and 11:30 p.m. Opening acts add time before all of that.

The production moves him around the room. That 2025 stage formed a ring around a standing floor, with walkways and two end stages, and he used every part of it. The 2023 It's All a Blur tour leaned on theatrical props and video; opening night featured a giant statue of the late designer Virgil Abloh. Guest appearances are a regular feature, particularly in his hometown and on multi-night runs.

Drake on the road since 2012

  • 2012: the Club Paradise Tour for Take Care, with Kendrick Lamar on the support bill.
  • 2013 to 2015: Would You Like a Tour?, behind Nothing Was the Same.
  • 2016: Summer Sixteen, co-headlined with Future and placed by Pollstar among the top-grossing hip-hop tours.
  • 2017 and 2018: the Boy Meets World Tour, then Aubrey & the Three Migos.
  • 2023 to 2024: It's All a Blur, his first North American tour in five years. It covered 80 shows between Chicago in July 2023 and Newark in April 2024, with 21 Savage as co-headliner first and J. Cole on the 2024 leg, billed as Big as the What?
  • 2025: the Anita Max Win Tour brought 12 arena dates to Australia in February; the final four, Auckland among them, were postponed and later called off. In summer he headlined every night of London's Wireless Festival, then played 37 European arena shows with PartyNextDoor as Some Special Shows 4 U, from July 11 to September 23.

His website showed no tour dates as of October 1, 2026, in the sources checked. The event list on this page carries anything currently on sale.

Why Drake dates sell out in minutes

Demand for Drake runs ahead of supply in his major markets. The 2025 Wireless Festival run sold out in minutes, the fastest sale the festival had seen, and promoters added extra European arena nights within a day of the first presale for Some Special Shows 4 U.

  • Presales do most of the selling: artist, fan-club and card-member presales usually open a day or two ahead of the public sale and take much of the first wave.
  • Second and third nights appear: when a city sells out, an extra date often follows quickly, which can cool resale prices for the first one.
  • Special nights pull hardest: Toronto dates, tour openers and closers, and nights with rumored guests draw the most interest on resale.
  • Standing floor is the most volatile: it tends to sell out first and swings the most on the secondary market.

Degrassi, So Far Gone and a record-setting week

Aubrey Drake Graham was born in Toronto on October 24, 1986. Before music he played Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi: The Next Generation from 2001 to 2008. The 2009 mixtape So Far Gone earned him a Young Money deal, and Thank Me Later opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 a year later. He is widely credited with folding R&B melody into mainstream hip-hop through rap-singing (moving between rapped and sung lines in the same song). Take Care, Nothing Was the Same, Views and Scorpion followed between 2011 and 2018, and Billboard named him Artist of the Decade for the 2010s and its top-grossing hip-hop touring act. In May 2026 he released three albums at once, Iceman, Habibti and Maid of Honour, and became the first artist to occupy the top three places on the Billboard 200 simultaneously.

Hometown dates and the OVO calendar

Toronto is central to how Drake tours. He co-founded the OVO Sound label and OVO Fest, which launched in 2010 with guests including Jay-Z and Eminem, ran every year until a 2019 pause and came back in 2022 as a Toronto-only series on July 28, July 29 and August 1, with Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj joining him. He has also been global ambassador for the NBA's Toronto Raptors since 2013, with a yearly Drake Night at a home game. If a Toronto show turns up on the event list, expect it to be one of the hardest tickets of the run.

Frequently asked questions

Are floor tickets worth it for a Drake concert?

On a ring or runway stage the floor can put you a few feet from him at times, but it is flat, packed and standing. The long-side lower bowl gives a fuller view of the whole stage.

What time does Drake usually go on?

On the 2025 European tour he typically took the stage between about 9:15 and 9:30 p.m., and shows ended between 11:00 and 11:30 p.m.

Does Drake play several nights in the same city?

Often. He tends to book multiple arena nights in large markets, and extra dates are frequently added when the first one sells out.

What was the It's All a Blur Tour?

His 2023 to 2024 North American arena tour, 80 shows long, with 21 Savage and later J. Cole. It ran from July 5, 2023, to April 5, 2024.

Is there a Drake show in Toronto?

Toronto dates depend on the tour. When one is scheduled it appears in the event list on this page, and hometown shows tend to be among the most in-demand of any run.
