Best pick: centered seats facing the stage, not the far sides

Adele's concerts live or die on the voice, so a centered seat with clean sound often beats a closer one off to the side.

Upcoming Adele dates

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Sound first: the Adele seat decision

The right Adele seat faces the stage and sits near the center line, where the sound mix is built. Her concerts are carried by ballads such as "Someone Like You," "Hello" and "When We Were Young," and the room usually falls silent for them, so audio quality and a clean look at the screens matter more than shaving off distance. A centered seat a level up generally beats a low seat far to the side.

The other thing to know before buying: Adele rarely plays. Her last standard tour wrapped in 2017; since then her concerts have mostly been residencies in a single location and occasional one-off stadium events. She told an interviewer in July 2024 that she planned to step away from music for an open-ended period once the residency finished, so look at the event listings on this page for anything current.

Theater, arena or stadium: picks for each

A residency theater

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, home of her Las Vegas run, holds a fraction of the crowd she could draw in an arena or stadium, so nearly every seat feels close. Center orchestra (the main floor straight in front of the stage) is the top choice. Side sections sit nearer than the map suggests, though the farthest sides miss some staged effects. The upper tier is the value buy and still intimate by arena standards.

An arena

  • Lower bowl straight on: the best balance of view, sound and comfort for a ballad-led night.
  • Floor: nearest to her, but level, so rows toward the back mostly watch the screens above the crowd.
  • Upper level center: for a vocal show, a clean upper view of the stage is better than a low corner.

A stadium or temporary venue

Sit in front of the stage and close to the center line. Steep side angles can shrink the screen to a narrow strip. Open-air and purpose-built sites mean long lines in and out, so arrive early.

Banter, orchestras and a record-size screen

Between songs, Adele talks with the audience at length, and her loose, funny conversation is a big part of why fans call even her stadium shows personal. The production has scaled up over time. In Las Vegas, a stripped-down original concept gave way to a Stufish redesign featuring a waterfall, fire effects and a live orchestra. In Munich in 2024, a curved LED screen roughly 220 meters wide earned a Guinness World Records title for the biggest temporary continuous outdoor LED screen. In big rooms, the screens and the sound system shape the experience as much as how close you are.

Every run since 2016, with dates

  • Adele Live 2016 (2016–2017): a 121-date arena tour across three regions, Oceania, North America and Europe, that included a six-night stand at Madison Square Garden and eight nights at the arena then called Staples Center, today Crypto.com Arena. Her Sydney stadium shows averaged about 95,500 fans each. Doctors told her to rest a damaged voice in 2017, and she dropped the final pair of her six Wembley Stadium shows.
  • BST Hyde Park (July 2022): 130,000 tickets for two open-air London nights, sought by more than 1.3 million would-be buyers; the presale sold through in less than sixty minutes.
  • Weekends with Adele (2022–2024): a 100-show Las Vegas residency in the Caesars Palace theater known as The Colosseum, running from November 2022 into November 2024. The first opening, set for January 2022, was postponed a day before the premiere.
  • Adele in Munich (August 2024): ten nights in a stadium built just for her at the Messe München exhibition grounds. Each show was cleared for roughly 74,000 fans, though some coverage gives 80,000, more than 730,000 attended in total, and a fan zone called Adele World surrounded the site.

The post-2022 model is consistent: she stays in one city and the audience travels to her.

Why Adele dates sell out in minutes

  • Few shows, few cities: one on-sale window can carry an entire run.
  • Verified-fan registration: fans sign up ahead of time and are selected for access codes. When the Las Vegas dates moved, original ticket holders and waitlisted registrants got first access.
  • Global travel demand: residencies pull buyers from around the world, so weekends and holiday periods move first.
  • Late swings: resale prices can sit over or under face value and often shift in the last days as travelers lock in or drop plans.

Four albums and a Tottenham start

Adele Laurie Blue Adkins was born in Tottenham, London, on May 5, 1988. Each of her four studio albums is named for her age at the time: 19 in 2008, 21 in 2011, 25 in 2015 and 30 in 2021. 21 is the 21st century's best-selling album, past 31 million copies, and her career sales exceed 120 million records. Her awards include 16 Grammys, 12 Brits and an Oscar for "Skyfall."

Frequently asked questions

Are floor seats good at an Adele concert?

Only near the front. The floor is flat, so rear rows mainly watch the screens. For a vocal show, a centered lower-bowl seat usually gives better sound and sightlines.

What are the best seats at The Colosseum for Adele?

The middle of the orchestra level, directly in front of the stage. Because the theater is small, the upper tier is still close and is the value option.

Is Adele doing a tour?

Not in the usual sense. Adele Live 2016 was her final traditional tour, and her later shows were the Las Vegas and Munich residencies and two Hyde Park dates. She announced an open-ended break in July 2024.

How do you get Adele tickets at face value?

Her residency sales used verified-fan registration, in which registered fans are picked to receive access codes. Demand far exceeds supply, so many fans end up on resale.

How many people saw Adele in Munich?

More than 730,000 across ten August 2024 shows, with about 74,000 approved per night in a temporary stadium at Messe München.
