Center stage on Arirang: lower-bowl ends face the action head-on

On the Arirang tour BTS played to every side of the stadium, which turned end-zone seats from a compromise into a smart buy.

Upcoming BTS dates

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Reading a BTS map before you choose

The strongest BTS seat is a lower-bowl sideline seat, and on the Arirang World Tour the lower-bowl end zones were nearly as good. For that run the group performed in the round, on a 360-degree stage (a platform in the middle of the field, open to all sides) whose centerpiece borrowed from Gyeonghoeru Pavilion in Seoul. Because nothing sits behind the stage, seats on every side look toward the members, which removes the usual end-zone penalty. Earlier BTS stadium tours used end stages, so always check where the stage sits on your event's map.

Height matters as much as distance. BTS performs full-group choreography (synchronized dance by all seven members), and those formations read best from a little above the field.

Field, sideline, end zone and upper deck

  • Field near the center stage: nothing in the building is closer. But the turf is level, so in the rear rows of a field block you are watching over heads and up at the video boards.
  • Lower-bowl sideline: the top all-around pick. Sitting a few rows above the field, you look down on the stage and catch every formation.
  • Lower-bowl end zone: the sleeper pick in a 360 layout. You look straight at the stage, and demand usually trails the sidelines at a similar row.
  • Upper level: the budget option. Faces get small, but you see the entire stage, the extended walkways and the stadium full of light sticks around it.

Should the group go back to an end stage, revert to the old rule. On those earlier tours, sections behind the stage or even with it were closed or marked partial view, so choose seats that look at the stage from the front.

Choreography, walkways and an ARMY chorus

Plan on a big production. All seven dance together, smaller units and soloists take turns, video segments bridge the sections, pyro goes off, and the members spend long stretches out on walkways so every corner of the stadium gets a close pass. The crowd is half the show: fan chants, singalongs and light sticks keep going from the field to the last row. That fan base, ARMY, is famously well organized, which you will feel both in the stands and during the on-sale.

Debut, records and the long break

BigHit Entertainment put the group together in 2010, and its seven members made their debut on June 12, 2013. K-pop, short for Korean popular music, blends polished vocals, rap and tight choreography, and BTS carried it into the US mainstream. No Korean act had reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 before Love Yourself: Tear in 2018. Hot 100 chart-toppers began with "Dynamite" in August 2020, and "Butter" was among those that followed. That same year, BTS was the first Korean group to take the Grammy stage.

Group activity stopped on June 14, 2022, giving the members time for solo projects and for the military service South Korea requires. Jin went in first, in December 2022. The last of them finished in June 2025, and all seven appeared together again on July 1, 2025. Arirang, released March 20, 2026, with the single "Swim," became the group's fourth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, and the next day the group played a free show in Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square. A gap of almost four years between group tours explains much of the rush for 2026 tickets.

Stadium history, 2017 to 2027

  • 2017: The Wings Tour, the third part of the Live Trilogy concert series.
  • 2018 to 2019: the Love Yourself World Tour, with a four-night Staples Center stand that September and, on October 6, 2018, a Citi Field show that made BTS the first Korean headliner of an American stadium.
  • 2019: Love Yourself: Speak Yourself, a stadium add-on that spent May doubling up at the Rose Bowl, Soldier Field and MetLife Stadium before heading to Wembley. According to Billboard, the 20 shows earned roughly 115.7 million dollars.
  • 2021 to 2022: Permission to Dance on Stage, with four SoFi Stadium nights in late 2021 for about 214,000 fans and four Allegiant Stadium nights in April 2022 for about 200,000, plus paid livestreams.
  • 2026 to 2027: the Arirang World Tour, which opened April 9, 2026, and is scheduled into March 2027 with 88 dates in 34 cities on five continents. Between April and September 2026 it crossed North America, from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa to four-night stands at Allegiant Stadium and SoFi Stadium, with stops at MetLife, Gillette, M&T Bank, AT&T and Soldier Field along the way.

By October 2026, every Arirang date still ahead was overseas. New dates, if added, will show up in the listings on this page.

Hours, not days: how BTS dates sell

For Arirang, the Korean, North American and European shows were gone hours after each sale opened, presale and public alike.

  • Register early. Presales generally require advance fan registration, and few seats remain for the public sale afterward.
  • Pick your night. Where a city gets several shows, Saturdays, Sundays and the closing night attract the heaviest demand, and extra dates rarely go begging.
  • Expect resale to run hot. Just after a sellout, asking prices often climb far past face; they can drift down later, but with supply this tight, that is a gamble.
  • Book lodging with your tickets. A big part of every crowd travels in, sometimes internationally, and nearby hotels go quickly.
