Jason Aldean Tickets

Best pick: center pavilion · lawn for the party · stadium years

Jason Aldean plays country at rock volume with fire on stage, so your seat comes down to pavilion heat and view versus lawn freedom and price.

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Aldean seats decided fast

For most Jason Aldean shows, which are summer amphitheater dates, the best ticket is a center pavilion seat (the covered reserved seating closest to the stage) in the front half. You get the guitars, the pyrotechnics and a roof over your head. Out on the lawn (unreserved grass seating at the back of the venue), tickets cost less and the crowd gets rowdier, and you will watch the screens. In stadium years, a raised lower-deck seat straight across from the stage usually beats a spot deep on the field.

The Macon, Georgia, native plays shows that sound more like a rock concert than a honky-tonk night. Reviewing a 2014 stop, the Tulsa World described "lots of fire and pyrotechnics." Signed to BBR Music Group since 2005, he reached 32 country radio chart-toppers by his label's 2026 tally, most recently "Don't Tell On Me."

Inside the shed: pavilion rows and the grass

  • Front center pavilion: the loudest, closest seats, inside the heat of the pyro and the wall of guitars. Worth paying up for if seeing the band matters.
  • Mid-pavilion: the sweet spot for view and sound, and still under cover.
  • Back pavilion rows near the roof line: the roof edge can cut off the upper part of the screens. Skip the last rows if you have a choice.
  • Lawn: the social section and usually the easiest ticket to find. Expect to stand when everyone else does and to rely on the screens. Many sheds ban outside lawn chairs, so check the venue rules.

Ballparks and football stadiums

  • Field level: nearest the band, yet level ground, so a few rows back, the crowd in front blocks much of the view.
  • Lower deck facing the stage: elevation plus a straight line of sight, often the smartest stadium seat.
  • Lower-level sides near the stage end: close, angled views of the band.
  • Upper deck: distant, and the sound bounces around a big open bowl. Buy it for the atmosphere, not the detail.

Fenway, Sanford and the big-venue record

Aldean has a longer stadium history than most country acts of his generation:

  • 2013 Night Train Tour: opened Sanford Stadium in Athens to concerts on April 13, 2013, then on July 12 made history as Fenway Park's first country headliner. The show sold out in seven minutes, and a second night was added. The tour also stopped at Wrigley Field.
  • Burn It Down Tour (2014 to 2015): 123 shows, with ballpark nights in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington and Cincinnati (Citizens Bank Park, PNC Park, Nationals Park, Great American Ball Park), plus ten stadium shows merged with Kenny Chesney's tour in summer 2015.
  • 2016 tour (billed as We Were Here, later Six String Circus): 58 dates, among them his first Australian shows and a Fenway Park co-headline with Kid Rock.
  • Highway Desperado Tour (2023): launched at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in New York on July 14, 2023, running 22 songs deep.
  • Full Throttle Tour (2025 to 2026): sold-out amphitheaters in 2025, then arenas in early 2026 and a first headlining trip to New Zealand.
  • 2026: the 22-city Songs About Us Tour kicked off July 16 in Bangor, Maine, with openers Chase Matthew and Mackenzie Carpenter; the Double Down Tour stadium dates with Luke Bryan came after the pair drew roughly 63,000 to Sanford Stadium on April 25.

Songs and awards behind the crowds

Born February 28, 1977, Aldean debuted with "Hicktown," a number 10 Hot Country Songs hit in 2005. Kurt Allison (guitar), Tully Kennedy (bass) and Rich Redmond (drums) have anchored his band for years.

  • Set staples: "She's Country," "Big Green Tractor," "Dirt Road Anthem," "My Kinda Party," "Burnin' It Down," "Fly Over States" and "You Make It Easy."
  • Pop chart crossovers: "Dirt Road Anthem" reached number 7 on the Hot 100 in 2011; his first Hot 100 chart-topper came in 2023 with "Try That in a Small Town".
  • Certifications: two songs, "You Make It Easy" and "Dirt Road Anthem," earned RIAA Diamond status in August 2026, his first.
  • Catalog and honors: twelve studio albums through Songs About Us (April 2026), three straight ACM Entertainer of the Year wins (2016 to 2018) plus the 2019 ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade honor.

Fan club access, resale and show-day prep

His label reports frequent sellouts; the first three Songs About Us dates in July 2026 all sold out.

  • Aldean Army presale: members of his paid fan club typically shop for two days ahead of everyone else, capped at eight tickets a show and 20 for a whole tour, first come, first served.
  • Premium packages: his site has offered upgraded packages bundling premium seats, lounge access and an acoustic set before the show on recent tours.
  • Resale patterns: weekend shows, stadium dates and co-headline bills draw the most buyers. Lawn inventory tends to last longest and can shift with the weather forecast.
  • Heat: summer sheds get hot. In July 2023 Aldean left the stage in Hartford after the heat made him sick, and the date was moved. Carry water where permitted.
  • Bags and parking: many amphitheaters cap bag size, and suburban lots can take a long time to empty. Rules change, so check the venue's current policy.
