Aerosmith Tickets

No tour dates as of Oct 2026 · touring ended Aug 2, 2024

There is no Aerosmith tour to buy; the band stopped touring in 2024, and any future date would be a single event with no second chance.

Upcoming Aerosmith dates

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Read this before you buy anything Aerosmith

Aerosmith is not touring. On August 2, 2024, the band retired from the road with immediate effect and canceled the rest of its farewell tour, explaining that Steven Tyler could not fully heal from the vocal cord damage he suffered in 2023; the statement called recovery "not possible." When the band's own tour page was checked on October 1, 2026, it said no tour dates were listed. Members have left the door open to an occasional single show, but none has been scheduled.

So a listing that says "Aerosmith" deserves a close read. A real concert from here on would be a one-off announced through the band's channels, not a stop on a tour.

Tribute acts, solo projects and the real thing

With no tour on sale, most listings that use the name are something else. Tribute acts, members' side bands like the Joe Perry Project and nights themed on the catalog may all be worth seeing, but they are not the band itself. Check the event title and the performer line, and compare the date with the band's tour page.

If a genuine date is ever announced, the first sale will be the hardest moment to buy, since fan-club and credit card presales typically come before the public sale. Resale prices for an event that may never repeat usually hold firm until the final days. Every Reserved Seat order carries a 100% guarantee, and the listings on this page reflect only what is genuinely for sale.

Seats for a possible farewell date

Nothing about a post-retirement production has been revealed, so treat this as standard advice for a big rock concert under a roof or in an open stadium.

  • Lower-level sideline: the strongest combination of view and audio indoors, with a raised angle on Tyler and Joe Perry as they play the lip of the stage.
  • Floor: nearest the band, but flat. Away from the first rows, heads and raised phones will block a lot.
  • Upper level facing the stage: good value for a set of songs the whole building knows; the screens fill in the detail.
  • Beside or behind the stage: skip these unless the listing describes the view, because speaker stacks and stage rigging often hide part of the stage.

Three shows and out: the last road years

  • Deuces Are Wild (Las Vegas): revealed in August 2018, this Park Theater residency opened in 2019, went dark through 2020 and 2021 because of COVID-19, and closed out in 2022, a year that also brought a postponed Fenway Park concert back home in Boston.
  • Peace Out: The Farewell Tour (2023): the plan, unveiled on May 1, 2023, called for 40 arena shows across North America, supported by The Black Crowes. Philadelphia hosted the opener on September 2 and Pittsburgh came next. The third night, September 9 on Long Island at UBS Arena, was the last: Tyler damaged his vocal cords there.
  • The makeup run: 39 replacement dates, starting September 20, 2024, were revealed that April and scrapped on August 2, the same day the band ended its touring career.

Appearances since have been charity events only. On February 2, 2025, Tyler performed at the Hollywood Palladium for his Jam for Janie fundraiser, joined by bassist Tom Hamilton and others. On April 30, 2025, he and Perry shared a stage at a private fundraiser in San Francisco.

What Joe Perry has said about one more show

Perry's public remarks suggest one more show is possible, but not a tour. In August 2025 he said he would bet the band had a show left in it, adding that Tyler has no interest in going back on the road. In an April 2026 Billboard interview he said the band was not in touring mode but had other options, and that Tyler had only lately regained confidence in his singing.

The takeaway for buyers: if a show comes, expect one high-profile date, not a run, and expect demand far above a normal tour stop because there may not be another.

Boston's Toxic Twins and the hits

The classic five came together in Boston in 1970: singer Steven Tyler, guitarists Brad Whitford and Joe Perry, drummer Joey Kramer and bassist Tom Hamilton. Its blues-rooted hard rock came largely from the Tyler-Perry songwriting team, nicknamed the "Toxic Twins."

  • The 1970s: the mid-decade albums Toys in the Attic and Rocks made the band, alongside staples like "Sweet Emotion," "Walk This Way" and "Dream On."
  • The comeback: Run-DMC's 1986 version of "Walk This Way," with the band on board, set up a late-1980s and early-1990s run of Permanent Vacation, Pump and Get a Grip.
  • A first chart-topper: the 1998 ballad "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," recorded for the film Armageddon.
  • Latest releases: the 2012 album Music from Another Dimension!, and then, roughly 13 years later, One More Time, an EP with Yungblud released in late November 2025.

No American hard rock act has outsold Aerosmith, whose global total passes 150 million records. Honors include a 2001 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction and the 2020 MusiCares Person of the Year award.

Frequently asked questions

Are there any Aerosmith concerts coming up?

No. The official tour page showed no dates when checked on October 1, 2026, and the band has been retired from the road since August 2024.

Is an Aerosmith tribute band the same as an Aerosmith show?

No. Tribute bands, side projects and catalog-themed nights are separate acts, so read the performer line carefully before you buy.

Where would be the best seats for an Aerosmith one-off?

Lower-level sideline seats give the best balance of view and sound in an arena. The floor is closest but flat, and upper seats facing the stage are the value choice.

How many shows did the Aerosmith farewell tour play?

Only three. After Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Tyler injured his voice at the third stop, on Long Island, on September 9, 2023.

Has Aerosmith released music since retiring from touring?

Yes. The band teamed with Yungblud on the EP One More Time, out in November 2025.
