Upcoming Lights All Night dates
Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.
Picking your tier for New Year's in Dallas
Lights All Night is an 18-and-over electronic music festival at Fair Park in Dallas on December 30 and 31, 2026, with three stages, gates at 6 p.m. and music until 3 a.m. each night. Standard tickets cover both nights. Your real decision is the tier, and it comes down to one question: how much do you mind waiting outside in the cold and fighting for space at midnight?
- GA (general admission) if you are fine queuing with the crowd. The festival calls it its most popular ticket.
- GA+ if you want to get inside faster and use air-conditioned luxury restrooms. For a December night, faster entry is the most practical upgrade on the menu.
- VIP if the December 31 countdown matters most. VIP-only viewing areas at multiple stages are where you will find breathing room near midnight.
- VIP tables for groups, requested by inquiry for one night or both.
What each upgrade adds
All tiers are 18 and over. Beyond basic entry, the add-ons stack up like this:
- GA+: expedited entry and air-conditioned luxury restrooms.
- VIP: expedited entry, viewing areas reserved for VIP at several stages, VIP-only bars, air-conditioned restrooms and a collectible laminate.
- Tables: reserved group tables, booked through an inquiry rather than a standard checkout.
Face-value tickets rise in price phases, so early buyers pay least, and payment plans are offered. On the resale side, demand usually builds through December as the holiday nears and the lineup fills out. Every Reserved Seat order is backed by a 100% guarantee.
Indoor stages inside a historic fairground
Fair Park covers 277 acres just east of downtown Dallas. The State Fair of Texas has used it since 1886, and many of its Art Deco buildings were built for the 1936 Texas Centennial Exposition. For Lights All Night, the organizer says every main stage is fully indoors and climate-controlled.
That changes your packing. You will not need rain gear during sets, but you will walk outside between the parking lot, the entry line and the buildings, and the festival's safety guide notes that temperatures shift between day and night. Bring a light layer and stash it in one of the rentable lockers, some of which include phone charging.
Past sets, from Neon Indian to Porter Robinson
The organizer bills 2026 as the festival's 16th year. One early marker: Neon Indian opened its tour for the album Era Extraña with a December 31, 2011, show at Lights All Night in Dallas.
The lineup spreads across electronic styles instead of hanging on one name. The festival's 2025 photo gallery credits:
- Big-room and bass headliners: Illenium, Porter Robinson, RL Grime and GRiZ.
- House and techno: Mau P, Hannah Laing, Green Velvet and Sara Landry.
- Drum and bass and heavier bass: Wooli, Netsky and Deathpact.
Current-year artists appear on the festival's lineup page as they are announced. Promoter policies are published under Disco Presents, and an ambassador program rewards fans who promote the event with merchandise, tickets and early entry.
Wristband shipping and box office pickup
For 2026, orders placed by Wednesday, December 2, qualify for wristband delivery by USPS First-Class Mail within the United States. Anything ordered later is collected at an early off-site pickup or at the Fair Park box office, which opens at 5 p.m. each night.
Fair Park arrival and the 3 a.m. ride home
The grounds are at 3809 Grand Avenue, beside Interstate 30 east of downtown. Lots and the box office open at 5 p.m., gates at 6 p.m. As of 2026 the festival bans tailgating, overnight parking and sleeping in vehicles, and says more parking details come closer to the date.
- DART rail: the Green Line stops at Fair Park and MLK Jr. stations. With a 3 a.m. finish, confirm late-night and New Year's Eve service before relying on it.
- Rideshare or cab: the festival recommends this over driving. Prices and waits spike at closing, so either leave a little early or let the first rush clear.
- Air travel: Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) is the airport the festival lists.
- Hotels: the festival links to a partner hotel search. New Year's Eve is a heavy travel night, so reserve early.
ID, bags and the no re-entry rule
These points come from the 2026 festival guide. Rules change annually, so read the Lights All Night guide before you go.
- ID: bring valid government-issued photo ID. A foreign license plus a passport photocopy gets you in but not a 21+ wristband.
- Bags: single-compartment bags up to 12 by 12 inches, fanny packs up to 10 by 9 inches. Multi-pocket bags and oversized backpacks are turned away.
- Hydration: empty reusable or clear bottles, one sealed single-serve water, and hydration packs with a removable see-through bladder that is empty at entry. Refill stations are free.
- Totems: under 10 feet, lightweight, no metal and no sharp points.
- Leaving: there is no re-entry, so stepping out ends your night.
- Screening: expect a TSA-style search and a zero-tolerance drug policy.
First aid stations sit near every stage. Agree on a meeting spot with friends in case phones lose signal.

Standard GA, GA+ and VIP tickets cover both nights. VIP table reservations can be requested for one night or both.
How old do you have to be for Lights All Night?
18 for every ticket tier, and 21 to buy or drink alcohol.
