Fiserv Forum · best view: center-court 106 or 117, rows 5–15

Section 106 or 117, row 5 or row 15, lower bowl or the 200s: the choices that decide your night at Fiserv Forum, before you reserve Bucks seats.

Upcoming Milwaukee Bucks dates

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Best Bucks seats, decided fast

For a Milwaukee Bucks game at Fiserv Forum, the seat to target is a center-court 100-level section, 106 or 117, somewhere around rows 5 to 15. That height clears the benches, the scorer's table and the baseline photographers while keeping you close enough to hear the floor. On a tighter budget, the front rows of the 200-level sideline above center court, sections 207–209 and 221–223, give you a full read of the game.

  • Bench side: sections 116–118, according to seating guides, with the Bucks in front of 118 and visitors in front of 116.
  • Opposite sideline: section 106 at center court, with the benches across the floor.
  • Avoid: low baseline rows and the top rows of the corners and ends.

Fiserv Forum seats 17,385 for basketball, compact by NBA standards, so even the 200 level feels connected to the game. The 41-game home schedule runs from late October to mid-April.

Fiserv Forum's two bowls and its clubs

The arena opened on August 26, 2018, at 1111 Vel R. Phillips Avenue, taking over from the Bradley Center, the team's home for 30 years. Populous and HNTB designed it with Milwaukee firm Eppstein Uhen Architects. Marquette University's men's basketball team plays here too, and the building hosted the 2024 Republican National Convention.

Here is how the seating breaks down for basketball:

  • Courtside rows on the floor along both sidelines.
  • The 100 level, the lower bowl, which wraps the court.
  • The 200 level, the upper bowl, home to most of the budget inventory.
  • Premium spaces: the BMO Club, Lofts on the suite level, Tower Suites on the 200 level and the Panorama Club, a lounge and bar near the roof.

Seating guides also note accessible rows at the top of most sections, so wheelchair locations are spread across the price range instead of clustered in one zone. Floor setups can change, so confirm on the seat map for your date.

Lower bowl, upper bowl: the trade-offs

Courtside

You sit level with the players, which is thrilling but low. Courtside is a luxury purchase more than a viewing choice.

Center-court 100s

Sections 106 and 117, rows 5 to 15, are the reference seats in the building. Choose the 116–118 side to watch the Bucks' huddles and substitutions up close. Choose 106 if you prefer the whole court framed with the benches in the background.

Baseline 100s

Lower demand, and for a reason. The low rows look through the stanchion and glass, and depth at the far end is hard to judge. These seats suit a fan who wants warmups and free throws at one basket, not one who wants to follow every possession.

Sideline 200s

The smartest money in the building goes here. Front rows in sections 207–209 and 221–223 show screens, spacing and fast breaks taking shape, which the low baseline rows never do.

Upper corners and ends

The top rows here are the arena's poorest buys: a long climb and a flat look at the far basket. Spend the same money on a lower row elsewhere in the 200s.

Bucks dates that disappear first

Each NBA season opens with a short October preseason. The 82-game regular season follows from late October to mid-April, with NBA Cup group games in November and December counting in the standings. A play-in round then decides the last playoff seeds, and the playoffs run into June.

  • The Chicago Bulls. Chicago is about 90 miles away on Interstate 94, and Bulls fans make the trip.
  • The Indiana Pacers. Indiana knocked Milwaukee out in the first round in 2024, which still adds bite.
  • Star visitors and returning former Bucks. A big name on the other bench, or the first visit back of a long-serving former player, pulls in casual buyers and lifts resale demand.
  • Friday, Saturday and holiday games. These go faster than midweek nonconference dates.
  • The playoffs. Demand scales with the round and the opponent and settles quickly once a series is set.

For the easiest entry, look at January and February weeknights against Western Conference teams with losing records. Every Reserved Seat order is backed by a 100% guarantee.

Deer District arrival and Fiserv Forum rules

Fiserv Forum anchors the Deer District, a 30-acre mix of restaurants, bars, shops and apartments. Its outdoor plaza became a national scene in the 2021 Finals, when crowds packed it to watch road games on big screens, and it is still where most fans meet before tipoff. Old World Third Street and the Water Street bars are a short walk away.

MCTS buses and The Hop, the downtown streetcar, both serve the area. Drivers can use the 5th Street Parking Structure, which has electric-vehicle chargers, or the Highland Structure; as of fall 2026 both are first come, first served, and there is free bicycle parking. Visitors from Chicago often skip the drive and ride the train into the downtown intermodal station.

The posted rules as of fall 2026, which you should confirm in the arena's A–Z guide:

  • Bags: clear bags under 14 by 14 by 6 inches and small non-clear bags under 10 by 6 by 2 inches get in; non-clear bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches are x-rayed; backpacks are refused.
  • Tickets: mobile only, in the Bucks or Ticketmaster app. Screenshots do not scan.
  • Payment: cashless, with cash-to-card kiosks at the Ticket Office, the Pro Shop and sections 104, 119 and 219.
  • Exits: no re-entry once you leave.

Two titles, fifty years apart

Milwaukee entered the league in 1968 and won 26 games in year one. Then a 1969 coin flip with Phoenix delivered Lew Alcindor, later Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and a 1970 trade added Oscar Robertson. The 1970–71 team went 66–16 and swept the Baltimore Bullets for the title in only the club's third season. Abdul-Jabbar averaged 30.4 points and 15.3 rebounds over six Milwaukee seasons, and the team reached the 1974 Finals, losing to the Boston Celtics in seven.

  • The 1980s: teams led by Sidney Moncrief and Marques Johnson contended year after year at the Milwaukee Arena, today the UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena, and from 1988 at the Bradley Center.
  • 2001: Ray Allen led a run to the Eastern Conference Finals.
  • 2021: down 0–2 to the Phoenix Suns, the Bucks won four straight and clinched Game 6, 105–98, at Fiserv Forum. Giannis Antetokounmpo was Finals MVP at 35.2 points and 13.2 rebounds a game.
  • December 17, 2024: a win over the Oklahoma City Thunder took the NBA Cup.

In June 2026 the Bucks traded Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat, ending a 13-year era. Nine numbers are retired, among them Robertson's 1, Moncrief's 4, Johnson's 8, Bob Lanier's 16 and Abdul-Jabbar's 33. Longtime owner Herb Kohl agreed in 2014 to sell to an ownership group headed by Wes Edens and Marc Lasry, which went on to build the new arena. Check the team's site for the current roster.
