Upcoming Baltimore Orioles dates
Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.
Orioles seats worth buying first
The most-wanted Orioles seats at Oriole Park at Camden Yards are Field Level infield sections between the two dugouts. According to RateYourSeats, Baltimore's bench sits in front of 22, 24 and 26, while the road team uses the dugout by 48, 50 and 52. For a day game, favor the third base side, which picks up shade sooner. For value, climb to the top tier directly behind the catcher. For fun, sit in right field along Eutaw Street.
Home dates start in the first days of the season, around April 1, and end in the last week of September; October games depend on a playoff spot.
Reading the Camden Yards map
Opening Day 1992 fell on April 6, and the original bowl held 48,876. Seats have been removed in stages since, leaving 42,455 by Wikipedia's 2026 figure. You will choose among three rings: the Field Level down low, the Club Level in the middle and the upper deck on top. Behind right field stands the long brick B&O Warehouse.
- Field Level: each section is roughly 27 rows from front to back. Facing the diamond, the lowest seat numbers are at your right-hand end and they count upward toward the left, useful to know if you want the aisle.
- Club Level: between the main tiers, with a closer, raised view.
- Upper deck: from behind the plate, the diamond spreads out below you and the city's towers rise past the outfield wall.
Field dimensions are 333 feet to left, 400 to center and 318 to right.
Infield, upper deck or right field?
Infield between the dugouts
The closest look at the pitcher and hitter, and the highest resale demand. Confirm the dugout sections on your listing's map before paying extra to sit behind the home bench.
Upper deck behind home plate
The best budget seat for watching the game unfold, with the skyline as a bonus.
Right field and Eutaw Street
Behind the right-field rows runs Eutaw Street, a pedestrian strip squeezed between the stands and the warehouse. Before the game it is the busiest spot in the park, lined with food and within reach of long home runs.
Left field
Ahead of 2022, the club moved the left-field fence up to 26.5 feet deeper and nearly doubled its height, from 7 feet to roughly 13, and it has been tweaked again since. Older seat-view photos of left field may not show the current wall, so rely on recent images.
Afternoon shade by baseline
With nothing overhead, the baseline you sit on and the first-pitch time determine your sun exposure.
- Third base side: RateYourSeats reports that shadows reach these seats earlier in day and twilight games.
- First base side: sunlight lingers, and the low rows here are the warmest place to sit on a July afternoon.
At night, the sun is only a factor early on. After the first few innings, pick on view and price.
AL East visitors and the Beltway Series
Clubs play 162 games a year, 81 at home. Spring training fills February and March, the All-Star break comes in mid-July, and a 12-team postseason can reach early November. The balanced schedule used since 2023 brings every team to Baltimore and sets 13 games against each AL East rival.
- New York and Boston: Yankees and Red Sox fans travel well and often fill big sections, which makes these the strongest regular-season series.
- Washington: the Beltway Series with the Nationals draws from both ends of the region.
- Big dates: Opening Day and the two big summer holiday weekends go before ordinary weeknights.
- Weekends vs. weeknights: Friday and Saturday sell fastest. Monday through Thursday nights are easiest, and they come with early Eutaw Street access for batting practice.
- The playoffs: October demand runs far above the regular season.
Light rail, MARC and the gates
You will find the park at 333 West Camden Street. It shares the Camden Yards Sports Complex with M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Baltimore Ravens. Rail is the simplest approach:
- Light RailLink: Camden Station and Convention Center stops.
- MARC Camden Line: commuter service runs up from D.C. and BWI Airport and stops at Camden Station.
- Parking: the team's lots are permit-only, so buy ahead.
Most fans spend the hour before first pitch around the Inner Harbor or at a downtown restaurant. Rules posted for 2026 are summarized below; double-check them in the Camden Yards guide:
- Bags: choose one: a transparent bag no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, a gallon-size freezer bag, or a 5-by-7-inch clutch or fanny pack. Medical and diaper bags are exempt, and you can rent a locker.
- Food and drink: bring food if it fits in an allowed bag, along with a single sealed plastic bottle of a nonalcoholic drink, 20 ounces or less. Cans, glass and frozen bottles stay outside.
- Gates: an hour before the first pitch early in the week, an hour and a half from Friday to Sunday. On weeknight games Monday to Thursday, Eutaw Street lets fans in two and a half hours ahead for batting practice.
- Re-entry: emergencies only.

St. Louis roots, Baltimore titles and a famous ballpark
This club was one of the AL's founding members in 1901, playing that first year as Milwaukee's Brewers. It became the St. Louis Browns for 1902 through 1953, then moved east to Baltimore in 1954, and it has belonged to the AL East from the division's creation in 1969. The record shows three World Series titles (1966, 1970 and 1983), seven pennants starting with the 1944 Browns, and ten division crowns from 1969 through 2023.
- Earl Weaver: the manager behind the club's long pennant run, from the late '60s to the early '80s.
- Hall of Famers: Palmer, Murray, Ripken and the two Robinsons, Brooks and Frank.
- Retired numbers: six for Orioles greats (4, 5, 8, 20, 22, 33) and the league-wide 42.
- Ownership: David Rubenstein's group assumed control in 2024.
All three championships came during the Memorial Stadium era, which lasted 38 seasons before the move downtown in 1992. The new park launched the retro-classic style that ballparks across the country copied for years. During the 1993 Home Run Derby, Ken Griffey Jr. reached the warehouse with a blast, a feat nobody has managed in an actual game. Here, on September 6, 1995, Cal Ripken Jr. appeared in his 2,131st consecutive game and took Lou Gehrig's record.
Eutaw Street carries the lore: bronze baseball-shaped plaques mark where home runs landed, 130 of them as of 2024 by Wikipedia's count. Gunnar Henderson owns the longest game home run to land there, 462 feet, hit June 11, 2023. Boog Powell, a former Orioles slugger, operates a barbecue stand along the street. And listen during the anthem: the crowd bellows O at the start of the line about the banner yet waving.
Frequently asked questions

Per RateYourSeats, Baltimore's dugout is in front of 22, 24 and 26, with the visiting dugout by 48, 50 and 52. Confirm on your listing's map.
How are seats numbered in a Field Level section?
Facing the field, seat 1 is at the right end of the row and numbers increase to the left. Field Level sections are roughly 27 rows deep.
Which side of Camden Yards is shadier?
Third base. Shadows reach that side earlier in day and twilight games, while first base, especially down low, stays in the sun longer.

Yes. Light RailLink serves Camden Station and Convention Center, and MARC's Camden Line brings riders from D.C. and BWI Airport right to Camden Station.
Has anyone hit the B&O Warehouse?
Only in a Home Run Derby: Ken Griffey Jr. did it in 1993. No game home run has ever struck it.
