Los Angeles Rams Tickets

SoFi Stadium · front of the 300 level is the smart-money seat

No sun side, no rain and a bowl sunk into the ground: at SoFi, your Rams seat comes down to height, angle and how many stairs you will climb.

Upcoming Los Angeles Rams dates

Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

Three Rams Seats Worth Buying

If you are choosing a Los Angeles Rams ticket at SoFi Stadium, three seats cover most needs. For the best view, buy a 100-level sideline seat between the 20-yard lines, around row 15 or higher. For the best value, buy the first rows of the 300 level along a sideline. For comfort and shorter lines, buy a 200-level club seat.

Weather barely factors in. A translucent canopy covers the bowl and field at the Inglewood stadium, and the open sides let in ocean air, so there is no true sun side and no soaked upper deck. That leaves height, angle and budget as your real decisions. The Rams play an NFC West schedule from September into early January and share the building with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Reading the SoFi Seating Map

SoFi Stadium seats 70,240 for football and can expand beyond 100,000 for other events. Its seating rises in three broad bands:

  • 100 level: the field-level ring, closest to the players.
  • 200 level: the club band, with indoor lounges and calmer concourses.
  • 300 through 500 levels: the upper tiers, where most of the lower-priced inventory sits.

Two design features shape every view. First, the field lies 100 feet below street level, a result of flight-path height limits near LAX, so you walk down to many seats rather than up. Second, the Infinity Screen, a double-sided oval video board, hangs above the field, so nearly every seat has a replay in front of it.

Seating guides usually put the Rams bench on the west sideline. That placement is not confirmed by the team, so check the seat map for your game before paying extra to sit behind the home side.

Why the 300 Level Wins on Value

At many stadiums, the upper deck is where you settle. At SoFi, the front of the 300 level is a deliberate choice. The height lets you read formations, see coverage rotate and follow a play from snap to whistle, and the Infinity Screen sits close to eye level. Sideline sections in those first rows deliver most of what a club seat offers, minus the lounge.

The 200-level clubs cost more because the ticket bundles amenities: indoor space, upgraded food and less crowded walkways. Whether that premium is worth it depends on how much of the day you plan to spend in your seat.

Seats That Look Better on the Map

  • The first few 100-level rows. They feel close, but you sit at bench height, and players, coaches and staff hide much of the play.
  • Low rows behind the end zones. The far half of the field flattens out, and judging distance becomes guesswork.
  • The top rows of the 500 level. A long trip down from the street-level entrances, and a longer one back up.
  • Low seats for fans with limited mobility. Because the bowl is sunk below ground, the lowest seats mean the most stairs on the way out.

Opponents, Timing and Who Buys the Seats

The season opens with August preseason games, then a 17-game regular season from September to early January that includes eight or nine home dates, followed by January playoffs. What sets Rams demand apart is the city itself: Los Angeles is full of transplants, and visiting fans regularly buy a large share of the seats.

  • San Francisco 49ers. One of the fiercest matchups in the NFC West, with 49ers fans driving down Interstate 5 in force.
  • Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals. These division games gain importance late in the year when the standings tighten.
  • National-brand visitors. The Cowboys, Packers, Steelers, Bears and Eagles tend to bring big road followings that shrink supply and can tilt the crowd.
  • Night games. Thursday, Sunday and Monday night kickoffs outdraw afternoon slots.
  • Playoffs. Postseason tickets go quickly, since the buying window lasts only a few days.

SoFi carries two NFL teams, so the stadium has twice the usual number of home dates, which spreads demand thinner. Early games against small-market teams are the easiest tickets, and resale listings for them often soften as kickoff approaches.

Inglewood on Game Day

Traffic is the hard part. Parking is sold in color-coded zones as digital passes before the game, and rideshare pickup and drop-off happen on Kareem Court between Pincay Drive and Manchester Boulevard. On transit, ride the Metro C Line or K Line to the LAX/Metro Transit Center and transfer to the game-day shuttle. GTrans, Torrance Transit and Culver CityBus have run express buses, and the city's remote Park and Go lots add another option. Current routes are on the SoFi parking and transportation page.

Tailgating is tightly limited. As of the 2025 season, it was permitted only in one designated zone for select events, with gas or propane grills, and it ended at kickoff. Many fans eat in Inglewood or at the Hollywood Park development surrounding the stadium instead.

As of the 2025 season, bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches; a clutch of about 4.5 by 6.5 inches is also allowed. The stadium is cashless, there is no re-entry, and some gates close after the first quarter of NFL games. Check the venue's current rules before you go. Reserved Seat orders include guaranteed entry.

A Franchise That Kept Moving

The Rams were founded in Cleveland in 1936 and joined the NFL in 1937. They won the 1945 championship, moved to Los Angeles in 1946, went to Anaheim in 1980 and to St. Louis in 1995, and came back to Los Angeles in 2016. Four seasons at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum followed before SoFi Stadium opened in 2020.

The title list spans those cities: 1945 in Cleveland, 1951 in Los Angeles, Super Bowl XXXIV after the 1999 season as the St. Louis Rams, a 23–16 win over the Tennessee Titans, and Super Bowl LVI after the 2021 season, a 23–20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi. That last one made the Rams one of very few teams to win a Super Bowl in their home stadium. They also played in Super Bowls XIV and LIII.

The horns on the helmet date to 1948 and were the first helmet emblem in pro football. The 1960s defensive line called the Fearsome Foursome and the late-1990s St. Louis offense known as the Greatest Show on Turf are the team's two most famous units. SoFi is scheduled to host Super Bowl LXI in February 2027. Team news and schedules are on therams.com.

Frequently asked questions

Which row should I target in the 100 level at SoFi Stadium?

Around row 15 or higher on the sideline between the 20-yard lines. Lower rows sit at bench height, where players and staff block much of the field.

Are 300-level seats good for a Rams game?

The front rows along the sidelines are among the best values in the stadium. They are high enough to read the whole play, and the Infinity Screen sits near eye level.

Which sideline is the Rams bench on?

Seating guides generally place it on the west sideline, but check the seat map for your game before paying a premium for that side.

Will rain or sun affect my seat at SoFi Stadium?

Very little. A translucent canopy covers the seating bowl and the field, so direct sun and rain are rarely factors.

Why do so many visiting fans attend Rams games?

Los Angeles has a large population of transplants from other NFL markets, and teams with national followings often bring big crowds to SoFi.

How many championships have the Rams won?

Four: NFL titles in 1945 and 1951, Super Bowl XXXIV after the 1999 season and Super Bowl LVI after the 2021 season.
