Your WrestleMania seat decision, simplified
The strongest all-around seat at WrestleMania is in the lower level on the hard-camera side, near midfield and roughly a dozen rows up. The hard camera is the main TV camera, and matches are staged to face it. That seat beats most floor chairs, because a stadium floor is flat and anyone past the first several floor rows ends up watching around heads or at the video boards.
Pick a different seat only for a clear reason:
- Closeness above all: the first few ringside floor rows.
- Entrances above all: lower-level seats alongside the entrance ramp.
- The whole spectacle on a budget: the upper deck, ideally at the end facing the stage.
WrestleMania is held over two nights each spring, between mid-March and mid-April, and WrestleMania 43 is set for April 2027 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Inside the stadium build
Each year's production is different, but the bones repeat. An entrance set with big video walls takes over one end of the field. A long ramp runs from that set to the ring, which sits on the field surrounded by floor chairs. The end behind the set is usually closed or sold as limited view, because the staging fills it.
Hard-camera side vs. the reverse side
From the hard-camera side you see matches the way they were planned. From the opposite side you often see wrestlers' backs at the key moments, though you are also the crowd on camera.
The floor
Front floor rows are as close as WrestleMania gets. The trouble starts a few rows back: with no rake (the upward slope of permanent seating), every row has the same eye level.
Beside the ramp
Entrances at WrestleMania are full productions with pyrotechnics and sets. Lower-level seats along the ramp put you a few yards from them, which some fans value as much as the matches.
The upper deck
The ring shrinks and the screens do the work, but you take in the full crowd and the production. Upper-deck seats at the end facing the stage see every entrance head-on.
Corners
Lower-level corners split the difference: a diagonal look into the ring, a partial angle on the ramp, and usually less demand than the midfield sections on either side. They are a sensible fallback when the hard-camera sideline is gone.
Combo tickets first, single nights later
WWE releases two-night combination tickets months ahead and single-night tickets later.
- WrestleMania 41: combo sale October 25, 2024; single nights January 24, 2025.
- WrestleMania 42: combo sale September 24, 2025; single nights November 28, 2025.
What that means for buying:
- One-night buyers wait. Single-night listings stay thin until the single-night sale, then widen.
- The nights price differently. WWE typically sets which matches land on which night in the final weeks, and the night with the year's biggest title match tends to draw more demand.
- Location drives demand. Floor and lower-level hard-camera seats are the most sought after; upper end seats are the most attainable.
- Late movement is normal. Resale can sit above or below face value and reacts to card announcements and leftover inventory.
A WrestleMania trip usually means flights and a hotel, so it helps that Reserved Seat orders are backed by a 100% guarantee.
Host cities, recent and upcoming
- WrestleMania 38 (April 2–3, 2022): AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas.
- WrestleMania 39 (April 1–2, 2023): SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, California.
- WrestleMania XL (April 6–7, 2024): Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia.
- WrestleMania 41 (April 19–20, 2025): Allegiant Stadium, Paradise, Nevada.
- WrestleMania 42 (April 18–19, 2026): Allegiant Stadium, moved there from an original plan for the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
- WrestleMania 43 (April 2027): Riyadh, announced September 12, 2025, as the first WrestleMania outside North America. The venue and exact dates had not been confirmed in the latest reports, and Nashville's new Nissan Stadium had first been planned for 2027.
For U.S. fans, a 2027 trip starts with passports and flights. Follow WWE's and the venue's guidance on entry and travel rules, which will differ from an American stadium.
Planning the full weekend
The two nights anchor several separately ticketed events in the host city:
- WWE World: the fan festival, with panels, meet-and-greets, merchandise and podcast tapings. In 2025 it ran April 17–21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
- WWE Hall of Fame: the induction ceremony, usually the night before WrestleMania. In 2025 it was April 18 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
- NXT Stand & Deliver: the developmental brand's event, the same weekend.
A three- or four-day stay covers the festival, the Hall of Fame and both nights. On show nights, arrive early, since security for 50,000-plus fans takes time; confirm the host stadium's current bag policy, which differs by venue and year; and plan your ride out, because shows end late and everyone leaves at once. If you are flying in, book the hotel as soon as the host city is announced, since rooms near the stadium go early. Expect several hours per night, a crowd full of costumes and replica belts, and peak noise in the first seconds of a big entrance.
From Madison Square Garden to two-night stadium shows
The first WrestleMania took place on March 31, 1985, at Madison Square Garden in New York, with Hulk Hogan and Mr. T facing Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff in the main event. It outgrew arenas and became the top of WWE's calendar.
WWE announced 101,763 for WrestleMania 32 at AT&T Stadium in 2016, still the record. Since WrestleMania 36 in 2020, the event has been split across a Saturday and a Sunday. WrestleMania 41 was the first held on Easter weekend and drew 58,538 and 60,103; WrestleMania 42 drew 47,093 and 50,033, with Cody Rhodes beating Randy Orton on night one and Roman Reigns beating CM Punk on night two. Current cards and host news are on WWE's site.
Frequently asked questions
Is a floor seat at WrestleMania worth it?
Only near the front. The stadium floor is flat, so deeper floor rows often watch the screens, while a lower-level seat about a dozen rows up usually sees more of the ring.
Can I buy a ticket for just one night of WrestleMania?
Yes, but single-night tickets are released later than two-night combos. For WrestleMania 42, combos went on sale September 24, 2025, and single nights November 28, 2025.
Where and when is WrestleMania 43?
In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in April 2027. It is the first WrestleMania outside North America, and the venue and exact dates had not been confirmed in the latest reports.
Where did WrestleMania 42 take place?
At Allegiant Stadium near Las Vegas on April 18 and 19, 2026, after plans for the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans changed.
What is the biggest WrestleMania crowd?
WWE announced 101,763 for WrestleMania 32 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, in 2016.
Does a WrestleMania ticket include the Hall of Fame?
No. The Hall of Fame ceremony, the WWE World fan festival and NXT Stand & Deliver are ticketed separately.
